What your plan includes.
What counts as an assessment unit
One completed, approved assessment uses one assessment unit. Three completed assessments use three units.
What changes by plan
Choose the monthly assessment-unit allowance that fits your clinic's assessment volume. Included units renew with the billing period.
Changing Essentials and Professional
Owners can switch between Essentials and Professional from billing settings. The change takes effect at the next renewal only, with no proration of the current period's allowance. Checkout is for the first paid subscription. The Stripe Customer Portal cannot change the plan. You can cancel a pending switch before the next period starts.
