Lirena Menopause Symptom Tracker
The Lirena Menopause Symptom Tracker is a Lirena-authored intake questionnaire. It is not a published or validated rating scale and not a public test.
Overview
What is the Menopause Tracker?
The tracker collects period and bleeding history, 17 symptom ratings, wider health concerns and what matters most to the client before a menopause consultation. It is not MRS, GCS, or a laboratory algorithm, and it does not recommend HRT.
Development and clinical use
Lirena wrote the tracker for menopause-clinic intake. Its symptom areas follow NICE guidance on menopause and the NHS description of menopause symptoms, and the wording is Lirena's own.

Methodology
Understand the measure and its scoring conventions
Symptom items 3 to 19 are rated None (0) to Very severe (4) and summed to a descriptive symptom total of 0 to 68, with four symptom-area subtotals. The tracker has no cut-off or severity bands. Period and bleeding items, wider health concerns, treatment effects, priorities and the urgent-attention question are shown for clinician review and are not scored.
